TRA VINH WIND POWER COMPANY LTD. NO.1 (“TWPC”) was set up to develop the TWPC Project. TWPC was incorporated under the Law on Enterprise of Vietnam pursuant to the Investment Certificate issued by the Board of Management of Tra Vinh Economic Zone on 12 March 2015 and the Enterprise Registration Certificate issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Tra Vinh Province on 12 March 2015, and as amended.
