The TWPC Project Stakeholder Engagement Plan includes a procedure, which we shall follow for (i) receiving and registering external grievances from stakeholders, including the affected community; (ii) screen and assess the issues raised and determine how to address them; (iii) provide, track, and document responses, if any; and (iv) adjust the grievance procedure, as appropriate.
We take feedback from our stakeholders very seriously. If you have feedback, concerns or complaints of any kind about our operations, please submit a grievance via the secure link below. In addition, every project also has a grievance mechanism that can be accessed locally. This is designed with our communities in mind.
